CANCELLATIONS: If NATURE TOURS AND ADVENTURE is forced to cancel a tour program before the departure date due to reasons attributable to the company, it will offer the registered user one of the following options: a) To register for a future date of the same tour or another tour available within the agency's experience calendar. b) Maintain the paid balance as a credit to be used for future plans, packages, or services offered by NATURE TOURS AND ADVENTURE. c) Request a full refund of the amount actually paid.
